BOOK your well earned city break to Newcastle. This modern, well equipped studio apartment is perfect for an affordable get away.

- Paid parking is available at a multi story carpark a 5-10 minute walk from the property.

All guests will need to climb stairs in order to access the apartments. Please bare in mind that the street may be noisy with it being close to restaurants and bars in the area.

I look forward to welcoming you as our guests to this modern and convenient studio apartment in the middle of Newcastle City centre. This home from home will give you easy access to many of the popular sights of the city including St James Park, Eldon square and the Theatre Royal.
I've enjoyed sourcing modern and comfortable furniture to make the home a relaxing place to stay. I hope that my property forms the beginning of an enjoyable stay in Newcastle

My property comfortably sleeps 2 guests, however as this is a studio apartment your bed and sofa will double up as one. The easy to use retractable sofa offers both a comfortable place to sit and a double bed to sleep on. Duvets, pillows and sheets are all provided and can be found in the storage unit under the TV.

When you arrive at the property you will see a brown entrance with the key safe on your right. This doorway will lead up to your apartment on the first floor. Once inside you will enter into a small corridor space with the bathroom directly ahead. To your left will be the main living area with an open plan living, dining and kitchen space. The large glass windows make this space feel bright and spacious.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment. To reach the door of the apartment you will have to enter via a shared reception space and a set of stairs. This is used by other residents in the apartment block so please be polite as they are generally very welcoming.

Unfortunately there is no on site parking available throughout your stay. If you are bringing a car I would recommend staying at Stowell Street Multi story carpark which is a 5-10 minute walk from the property. More information related to parking can be found in the guest manual we will be sending out before your arrival.

Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.BOOK your well earned city break to Newcastle. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Great location in the heart of Newcastle. The property was easy to find, the check-in process was smooth, and the flat was comfortable and clean. Communication with property management was great - responsive, friendly, and helpful. Two minor inconveniences were that the bed is a bit small for two and is fairly uncomfortable. Also, the kitchen could be better stocked (e.g., there was only one drinking glass and only two plates). That aside, we enjoyed our stay very much!
