Fantastic place in Corona del Mar

The condo is super clean, nicely furnished and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is excellent. It’s a short walk to the beach or shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and charming. We will definitely stay here again. Doug is easy to communicate with and offers great advice for activities in the area.

Great unit Great location

Really clean and well appointed two bedroom unit… One block from the ocean, one block from Pacific Coast Highway with tons of restaurants and shops, etc. 10 minutes from Laguna Beach. 10 minutes from Balboa Island. Had a great time!! I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location.

This was the perfect house for our beach vacation! The owners were very easy to work with and on top of any issues that came up. My teens loved the loft with 2 twin beds. Stop looking and book this house!

Wonderful stay, perfect location, perfect property!

We are a family of 3 and this was a lovely spacious location for us with all the comforts of home. Very cozy feel, really nice to come home to after a long day exploring the beautiful southern California coast. Doug was attentive and responsive and location was just perfect for us. Great location

This was our second stay at the property but this time we stayed in a larger unit upstairs. Doug and Rachel are responsive and accommodating. The location is excellent. Walking distance to the beach and downtown CDM but an easy drive to many other places.

We had a wonderful girls getaway during the MLK weekend at this beautifully decorated condo so close to the beach and within a short walk to several restaurants and a Starbucks. The neighborhood was just so lovely and quaint to be in. The condo was so comfortable with the plush bed linens and we loved the basket of throws for lounging around on the couch. My 14 year old daughter loved retreating to the cute little loft. It was such a relaxing place to be. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic location, comfortable and clean!

We brought our family of 6 to spend several days in southern cal. We weren’t familiar with Del Mar before coming but it was absolutely the perfect location! We spent 3 days swimming and boogie boarding on Newport Beach. It was a very short drive and easy to find parking down that way. You could walk to Caron’s Del Mar beach. Also very beautiful, just a bit more crowded than we liked. The neighborhood was gorgeous. Such beautiful homes. The beds were so comfy and my kids enjoyed the little loft area.

Everything You Need

This apartment worked perfectly for our family vacation. The room with the loft inside worked well for my son’s family with two young children. They could also have exclusive use of the ensuite bathroom. There is a short ladder leading up to these twin beds. The one other bedroom had a comfortable bed and a closet to store suitcases and all belongings. The well appointed and very spacious kitchen/dining room was well stocked with dishes and cooking equipment, including a slow cooker which came in handy. All appliances were up to date. The living room/dining/kitchen open area was very spacious and allowed another family to join us for dinner. The beach was a short walk away which was very appealing and appreciated, as were the beach towels and chairs and sand toys. Doug was very responsive when I contacted him for a question. We would definitely return here at any future visit. It was 10/10!

Flawless & super-simple check in/check out. The thing i loved most was the private garage parking directly underneath the apartment. The beds were comfy and two bathrooms is always nice to have. Thanks!

Perfect beach house

Love the property. Everything was as described. The place was clean and comfortable. The location is amazing. They have everything you need for the beach. Wagon, chairs, umbrella, cooler and toys. It made going to the beach so easy. Slept my family of 6 comfortably. My boys loved the loft room. We definitely will stay again.

Fantastic beach house!

Our entire family loved staying at this home. It's situated in a picturesque neighborhood that is close to the beach and great food. On top of all that, it's a beautiful home, it looks even better than the pictures. Our kids absolutely loved the hidden bedroom up the steps. We will definitely be booking again in the future!
