Excellent stay! High recommend.

This cozy spot was ideally located to enjoy all of Newport’s offerings. We have two toddlers and felt it very safe and accommodating for them (didn’t use the plug n play but appreciated it was there) which isn’t something we can always say, but definitely need for trips. Everything was great.

Beautiful and Clean

Beautiful, quiet place, situated very close to the beach. Perfect for a couple. The place has no air conditioning so very hot at night though.

Thanksgiving trip to Newport Beach

It was a pleasant surprise to find a vacation home that actually was as clean and cute as the photos. This home is spotless and so nicely updated. It was so conveniently located. So close to the beach! We enjoyed our stay so much!

Awesome stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy condo. We had everything we needed, the beds we’re comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was perfect, very close to the beach and just a short drive to shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend this condo and we would definitely stay here again when in Newport. Thank you!

Perfect Newport Beach vacation

the property is super clean, sunny, spacious and tons of closet and storage space in kitchen and bathroom. Awesome spot for a family vacation. One tip is to use the fans for white noise to eliminate the street noise at night and early morning. Overall this was an amazing place and we would stay again. Tower17 is excellent!!

Great place

Everything was great. Recently remodeled, super clean. Property management was available and communicative. It is near the road and they do say that in the listing. One block from the beach and great access. Only one issue that I think is easily fixed. Most beach rentals have a couple of bikes and some beach items to use. There were a couple of chairs, umbrella and boogie boards - but the bikes all belonged to the downstairs tenants. Having a couple there would be great to get to the grocery store, boardwalk area, etc. Not a big enough issue to downgrade it from 5 stars, just an observational note.

Modern, Clean, Comfortable, Walkable!

A wonderful property, a gem in NPB! This is our third trip to this beach, and our favorite property thus far. New, clean and comfortable accommodations! Mattresses and couch firm, spacious bathroom, plenty of space for our things and felt like home. An easy walk to the beach or the boardwalk. Highly recommend this property!
