“We did not have breakfast but everything from check in to check out was excellent. The showers were particularly good and rooms decorated very tastefully and very comfortable. The complementary Welshcakes in reception were a nice touch. The hotel was centrally located on Queen street, very convenient for the Castle, shopping and Principality Statium. Definately recommended and would stay again ”

We were particularly impressed with the young man who showed us to our room (despite a small key issue) and served us at breakfast - he was so polite and professional, he's an asset to the business! The room had everything we could need during our stay - comfy beds, nice toiletries provided in the bathroom and the biggest biscoffs I've ever seen! “The staffs are all very friendly, the areas around hotel are very safe, parking is easy just right to the hotel and we found everything we needed in our room. However, I think the hotel room is a bit dated and need a renovation. ”
