「Based on the pictures the hotel appears to be fairly decent however I was highly disappointed. One of the elevators sounds like it needs maintenance and smells like mildew and needs a good cleaning. The hallways also smell like mildew. There was what appeared to be a dehumidifier in the hallway but was not turned on. I had to switch my room because the first one had standing water when I turned the shower on. The next room they moved me to was not any better. The room floor looked as if they...

「The property is very outdated and needs a really good remodel done. The breakfast was tolerable, but nothing to brag about. The front clerks were nice and accommodating. The hotel is not one I plan to stay at again. It is conveniently located right off I-10 and access to Canal St/Bourbon St was cool. This hotel has potential, but needs a company that is willing to do the work to update it with compassion and care that works best for the patrons.」
