“Although the resort was pretty in the public areas, our room was never cleaned properly. They never vacuumed, so there was residual sand all over the floors in our room, hand soap that dripped on the bathroom sink our first night there and was never cleaned up by housekeeping. Also, our room was never restocked with waters and coffee as stated it would be all 4 days. The two public pools were on the smaller side, nicely heated but very crowded . The service to order drinks on the beach took 30+……

“We found cockroaches in the room and some items left behind by previous guests had not been cleared away.”

“A fine place overall…I’m a tough grader. Just a little dated and lacking if you’re wanting a posh type of resort. Snacks and bottled water was a nice touch, compared to how they would gouge you at a nice place in South Beach. Bar staff at the beach bar struggled regularly! Pool kind of meh but I guess did the job. The coolest part is the location right on the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk for walkable access and people watching. Surrounding scene is fun if you want old school Florida - NOT like……

“Room was decent, view was great, felt like a resort… breakfast was what you would expect… staff was accommodating and made it easy to relax and get food/beverages 24/7. Complimentary drinks were a nice plus. Food and drinks are pricey. ”
