“Very bad, old and dirty!!! This hotel is totally ruined my holiday. When I first arrived, I hope I can do a fast check in and order some food at the room because it is late. “Should have got the lady name at the front desk . I checked out around 11:30/11:45 . And I stood behind 2 people that were together that were checking in . The person checking them in not once said I be right with you nothing ignored me the whole time. Very disrespectful. All customers are important not jst one . The hotel score could have been higher but that lady was very spiteful. I would have understood if she would have said I WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU.”
