「We weren’t impressed with the kitchen area and what was left for us. 2 coffee pods and had to move the coffee pot bc the outlet didn’t work. Safe was locked permanently. Only 1 blanket and there were 3 of us. No ice maker on any floor. Pool area was spacious and nice. Restaurant bar was nice and food was pretty good.」

「The hotel knew we were arriving as three guests, but the sofa bed was not prepared. We had to get sheets from reception and make up the sofa bed ourselves because three people cannot sleep in one bed. Since there was no blanket for the sofa bed, we used the sheet we received as a cover. The next day, housekeeping took it away and did not leave a replacement, so we had to go to reception again. The reception staff were not helpful and seemed uninterested in guests. Problems were not properly...
