「Absolutely perfect stay in Chicago. Everything we needed was there, breakfast was over the top amazing. I LOVE the area and the pizza spot downstairs, this place includes other perks also like BOGO well drink downstairs. Big Gay Sal’s pizza also does room service. I have never felt so at home away from home. 10/10 recommend, HIGHLY recommend」

「Hotel Lincoln is very dated and overpriced. It is a joke that they charge you a destination fee on top of the already expensive prices. The carpets in the rooms are very old and nasty. 」

「Bathroom looked dingy and found hair on towels. Sheets had strong bleach smell. Never received the bar tickets or dinner coupons. Keys didn’t work all the time. Had to msg to ask for the provided water bottles. One small ice machine on first floor. Doors creaked. Positive note.. close to Wrigley. Cute lobby decor.」

「Staff very helpful」

「Gina and staff were warm and friendly. When our toilet clogged, we got upgraded. When we needed a delayed checkout, they accommodated. We had a fire for a cold night and got delicious eggs and crispy bacon for breakfast. Highly recommend for those lovers of all things Italian. 」

「Affordable hotel in a good area, but the walls are very thin. Could hear all cars outside.」

「They require a large cash or Venmo deposit which is shady. Took them 2 weeks to send it back minus 15$ to which I got no response to why. Communication sucks and they gave me the wrong room. No apology no adjustment. Nothing.」
