“The staffs are extremely nice and friendly. Thank you Josh for help us out. The room is clean and we particularly appreciate wooden floor. The food are amazing. We had breakfast and dinner there during our stay. This hotel really left us a very warming feeling and happy memory from Wales. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit. ”

“Excellent hotel. Ttey have thought of everything. Lovely terraced bar. Room very nice with coffee machine. Even had a bag of 2ps that we spent in the arcades. Parking is a nightmare but thats nothing to do with the hitel that is Llandudno in the summer. Deffo be back and hopefully very soon. ”

“Location is perfect, facing the sea and we need only 1 minute to walk to the beach. I visited in mid-May, when the hotel was undergoing maintenance which was unexpected and left me certain disappointments. However, the rest experiences were in contrast and exceeded my normal expectation to a hotel. It did great in 3 very important basic things of a hotel, which are strong and hot shower, comfortable bed and pillow, and strong hair dryer (all were even better than most 5 stars hotels I have……

“We stayed for 2 nights and everything was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Nathan and staff were most helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious from fruit juices, cereals and full Welsh breakfast. Would stay again.”

“Everything about the hotel was excellent; particularly the friendly and efficient staff. BUT wouldn't go again, sadly, because of the lack of parking which, accepted is not the Hotel's fault. Only solution we could think of is some form of valet parking.”
