「Beautiful Inn with courtyards, gardens and wonderfully restored guest houses and Inn. I will return here whenever I am in Gainesville. I loved the staff, owner, accommodations and my little cottage with rocking chairs to enjoy reading on the porch.」

「Place was awesome-very old Florida vibe. Fantastic location and very tidy. Would have loved a fan option. The only reason 3 stars is our neighbors were obnoxiously drunk, so only a few hours of sleep. Had we not shared a common area, would have probably been fine. Will try staying again b/c place was super cozy-just bad neighbors.」

「Very clean room- with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! The decor was so fun! The owner was very nice. We were unable to stay for breakfast- but she was making Eggs Benedict that day. The location is great- so many shops and restaurants around and a short walk down to the beach!! She has beach supplies available for use by guests as well. We fell in love with this area, and definitely plan to come back again and stay at the Inn On The Avenue!!!」

「First off, the staff is tremendous! Really impressed.
The rooms are unique but cramped. I love the little details they provide.
Here is something I hope the consider. First off, please clean the outside patio of debris and dirt. Spruce up the landscape and the house needs to be power washed asap. Fresh paint would do wonders.
However, I recommend this place to anyone. The staff is great. 」
