“While there was an issue at check-in (no record of my free breakfast, and an additional $15/night fee which was more than the $12/night previously emailed), hotel management made it right. The staff and the service was fantastic, as was the food. The hotel is safe and the view from the room was fantastic! It was weird sharing a balcony with another room, but luckily we never saw or heard our neighbors. It's a lovely place, ESPECIALLY as an Expedia VIP member with the perks!”

“We just returned from Marival Emotions and we had the best time!!! I am not sure where all the bad reviews come from?? We were there for 7 nights on an all inclusive package. It was my husband, myself and our 2 boys aged 2.5 and 5. We arrived at the resort at noon and our room was not ready but we were able to take FULL advantage of all the amenities. Upon arrival we realized we left one of our bags in the shuttle and the gentleman at the front handling the luggage was beyond helpful in helping……

“Magnifica infraestructura, excelentes espacios, muy buenas albercas y excelente ingreso a la playa. Habitaciones cómodas. Sin embargo, el jacuzzi del balcón estaba sucio, daba asco bañarse en él. Servicio de meseros, muy bueno. Pesima organizacion de eventos. Los horarios de servicio se cumplen de manera exagerada, ni un minuto antes, pero si se cierran antes de tiempo (voleyboll, dardos, etc)”
