“The location is nice, the pictures on VRBO show it to be somewhat nicer than actual. The inside needs a little work and is dated somewhat but not terrible. Only issue I had was not receiving the entrance instructions via email so had to reach out to owner a few times. He did get back to me quickly but did respond like he was a little irritated with me asking. Outside of that the place is clean, has a great view, furniture is all new. So if you are looking for a spot close to beach and near alot……

“This place was everything we thought it would be. We was close to just about everything we had in our list. The amenities was as described. All of us loved the Pools, Hot tubs, and Lazy river. We had a beautiful view from our room. We all would go back.”

“We had a great time at this condo. Plenty of room, beautiful view and a WONDERFUL garden jacuzzi tub in the master bath! The balcony was also very spacious and since the weather was so awesome we were able to spend a lot of time watching the waves! Host was very easy to work with and very quick to respond. We will def try to book this condo again!”

“The room was clean and comfortable and convenient location for what we needed during our stay. The only drawbacks were the very low water pressure in the shower and bathroom sink and no access to a smart TV to watch netflix or any other streaming service.”

“Our family had a great time at NMB and enjoyed our stay at Atlantic dunes. There needs to be some updating done to the bathrooms and kitchen. Hardware in bathrooms were dirty and gross looking and the master bathtub jacuzzi needs to go. It is so high to get in/out of to get a shower, it’s dangerous. Also, the property states it will sleep 12 and it does, however 12 people in that space would be cramped. We had 8 and it was tight but it did not spoil our time! Kitchen is a glassy kitchen and……
