“The staff at the Great Western went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Ami at the front desk is a gem. Leaving the hotel and Oban was so hard because it felt like like I was leaving family. There were tears. Is it possible to feel homesickness for a place in which you’ve never lived? Can’t wait to go back someday. ”

The worst thing is no wifi connection at all because they are fixing it for days. The hotel should inform guests who want to book the hotel in advance rather than saying sorry after we arrived. Really bad experience as we are cheated.”

“A very well set up room for us, for a last minute pick in Oban. Though not large, everything we needed was there, working, and comfy and quiet.
We recc the Oban Inn, along the far edge of town near the waterfront, for great food and atmosphere. And the live caeli (sp?) music was really good. ”
