This rental was the perfect coastal escape! The ocean view was breathtaking, and waking up to the sound of the waves was truly relaxing. The location couldn't have been better - we were just a short walk from both the beach and the harbor, making it easy to explore the area. The property itself was fantastic, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Our unit was within walking distance to the beach, had beach views from the windows and balcony, had ample room for all of us, was clean and comfortable - in short, there was nothing any of us would change about our stay. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!

Incredible views from balcony and top deck. Location is perfect to walk to many restaurants, the pier, the beach, the marina and more. Easy freeway access to get around San Diego. Location was quiet and could hear the waves at night while sleeping. Will definitely want to come back again.

Seaside Sanctuary is true to its name. The unit itself is very nice! From the paintings to the couches to the beds, and especially the views! We enjoyed being able to sit on the deck and visit while enjoying the sea breeze and taking in the views of the ocean. The dining room table was awesome and fit all of us comfortably for meals as well as for board game nights (my husband, myself, and our 3 adult children). The kitchen, while a little bit small, was fully stocked and just right for our stay. The beds and couches were super comfortable! There were 4 beach chairs provided, which were awesome to use. It was easy to contact hosts with any questions we had. They were super helpful. We would love to come back for a visit again someday.

Overall this place was awesome!! Pros: clean, plenty of space for family of 6, great location right next to the beach, spa, pool, easy checkin. Great upstairs balcony with an ocean view- I would, for sure, come back! Cons: no typical amenities like shampoo/conditioner, no condiments of any kind (so plan to bring or buy your own) needed more towels, so maybe bring your own, laundry room was difficult to use. Oh, and be careful in the parking garage if you have an overhead carrier on your car- it won’t fit and could hit the low lying pipes. Side note, there’s no door dividing the upstairs bedroom from downstairs, just FYI. I’m so glad we picked this unit over another one since building A is right next to the beach and has its own pool, spa right next to it. There is a board rental shop close by, but if a Costco member, they had boogie boards cheap so I would check with them first.

Nice ocean views from the patios, particularly the large patio on the second floor. Only negative was that the tv in one of the bedrooms did not work properly - that's why a 4 star rating instead of 5. We did not use that bedroom so it was not a problem for us, but needed to be mentioned. MakeMYVacation was very easy to work with, and was getting the tv modem repaired or replaced.We would stay here again, and we highly recommend this property.

We had an early Thanksgiving with my entire family. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. Every detail and thought was put into this unit. Cold at night, there's even snuggle blankets to use. We had one issue, but communication with management was immediate, it's not worth mentioning.

Towels were soft, storage space was plentiful, and kitchen had the necessary pots/pans etc. We had such a great week that we tried to extend, but text communication was rough, so it didn’t work out. Definitely a great addition to the Make My Vacation rental options!!
