Great condo. The complex was in a good location to the beach, harbor and downtown Oceanside. The complex was beautifully landscaped and a large pool. The condo itself was very nicely furnished and a great size. We would definitely stay again.

The grounds are beautiful and relaxing. The condo was perfect for our stay. Small but met our needs. Kitchen was stocked with tools and pots and pans and even had a waffle maker and crock pot. Location was easy to access and the pool and beach were just outside the door. Walking distance to the harbor and down town Oceanside.

Would return again! Family friendly property- easy access to town/restaurants, as well as the beach. Really enjoyed it! Our family appreciated the extra room in the condo which made our stay more comfortable .

This is an excellent apartment/condo complex. But they were probably built sometime in the 60's or 70's. The accommodations are very small. The bathrooms even smaller. In our bath you could not open the shower door if the bathroom door was open because the doors overlap. The bathrooms have not been updated so the vanities are very low. The bathroom floors stay moist and are very slick after you shower. No rubber backed bathmats are provided so we had to use beach towels. We were a party of 4 adults so the condo fit us fine. We cooked several meals there and the kitchen provided everything we needed. The walls are not well insulated so we could hear the people in the apartment above us. I'm talking when they walked, showered, or even opened a kitchen drawer. The grounds of this complex are immaculate and were very thoughtfully designed. They have waterfalls, koi ponds, a putting green, nice pool, decking, seating, built in barbecues, a jacuzzi. Everything you could want. The washer and dryers are not in the unit so you have to carry your laundry through the complex to do your wash and they charge for it. Expensive and inconvenient. The On The Sand management company was readily available to answer questions and they were accommodating. However, I cut my knee shaving and bled a little on the sheets. They said they could not remove the quarter sized stain and upcharged me $99.00 for a new set of sheets and a new mattress pad. So be aware and maybe carry some peroxide to get the stain out. The sheets were not that good of quality and the cost was overpriced. The couch and loveseat in this unit are vinyl and reminded me of something you would have in a hospital waiting room. Not very comfortable for relaxing. The other chairs were nice. The real winner of this rental is the balcony. It overlooks the beautiful gardens and you can hear the waterfall. You cannot see or hear the ocean but it is a beautiful view and very relaxing. We enjoyed breakfasts on this beautiful balcony. The location of this complex is idyllic. You have the Oceanside harbor with several restaurants to one side and the beach and Oceanside pier to the other side. Plenty of wonderful locations to enjoy a walk. It really is a prime location. It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach and it is gorgeous. Also the parking spot for this unit is right next to the door to enter the complex, very nice! I would rent this unit again if I go back.
