「The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the...

The lobby was really nicely furnished and looked comfortable and inviting. There was an ice machine right near our room in the hall as well as a microwave and extra refrigerator. 「When we arrived they have ample free parking, the house in the outside it’s beautiful and looks so historic. The staff were nice and very welcoming. It has a patio, living area, a work area with computer, the room was very clean and it was a very peaceful and quiet stay… they have coffee, hot chocolate and tea available for self serve 24 hours a day. Free continental breakfast. I will definitely stay there again. I rate this place 5/5 」

「We were visiting family in Bristol for the holidays and used Founders Brook as our home base for five nights. The property is close to Portsmouth’s downtown area and a hop over the bridge to Bristol. We had some of the best sleep we’ve had in years and felt very at home. This is the fourth time we have stayed here and each time we notice improvements. Love the complimentary toiletries!!」
