We had a self-inflicted issue with the lock on the door at 9:30 at night, but a text to Lucas, and the issue was resolved quickly. Will definitely stay here again if the occasion arises.”

“WOW! This is a little slice of heaven. Amazing views from balcony and a fantastic location. Lots of little restaurants, bars, coffee shops within walking distance. As the property states it is above a bar and there are multiple stairs to climb as well. However this did not pose a problem for us. We enjoyed the music! Property manager communicated with us promptly as well. Would stay again!”

“Disappointing in general. The property was misrepresented in Vrbo ad. Thought there would be view of the lake. Just a parking lot. Pool and small beach were closed between November and March. The weather was over 80 degrees while we were there but still no pool. No king size bed although advertised. It was a queen. Did not sleep six. There were Not enough beds or chairs for six. Very gloomy. Little natural light and not enough accessory lighting. Poorly equipped. Upon arrival NO HANGERS in……

“House was very clean. Some shampoo… some soap and toothpaste supplied. Kitchen supplies…condiments , clothes detergent, toilet paper… you will need to buy. For any home in Villages… it would be good to better understand the golf cart paths… give more instruction. We used the maps app on our phone and put in for 🚲 since carts and bike paths are shared in The Villages. It took a a day or two to figure that out… not all roads are golf cart friendly. Mark was great about switching out the bikes……

“We had a wonderful time, the home beautiful, clean & very well equipped with everything you would need or want, right down to shampoo, conditioner & body wash in both bathrooms. We had a great time exploring all different areas on the golf cart which I’m sure was brand new. Lee & Mathis were super at getting back to us right away with any questions we had. We would definitely recommend renting this house. Thank you again Lee & Mathis for a wonderful holiday Tannis & Tom May 2024”
