“The staff were excellent I have health issues and they went above and beyond to bring me food and help me to the Airport. Nick and Rachel and staff . I found the bed uncomfortable and had no bath . The food I had was good and fresh . Service was fast .”

“Clean room and comfortable bed plus tea and coffee in the room, good breakfast and nice pool. Downside pool is open to the public and gets very busy all the time. The changing room showers hardly worked so it was hard to wash and rinse hair. On arrival no directions were given to where the pool or spa were or times of breakfast this would be useful to have in the room.”

“A wonderful hotel with beautiful environment, spacious room, confortable simming pool and best restaurant.”

“Debbie on reception was lovely. We arrived at 10:30pm. We went to the bar where the bartender told us he would have to open the till and we would have only one drink as he was closing, Floor tile cracked on bathroom floor and no facecloths in bathroom. The mattress was very poor quality.”

“环境不错，设施有点老旧了，不过挺干净的。”

“Located at the core of Glasgow west end, this guest house offers a cosy atmosphere and classy traditional Scottish well equipped rooms.
