Cute and comfy - great mid-century vibe!

Great property - Loved the decor with nice touches inside. Pictures accurately represented this home. Had everything we needed for a nice stay. Close to the airport which was a plus for us. Would definatly stay again

Nice stay

Between the airport and downtown. Short bike ride to downtown. Pool was nice and heated. Views of the mountains from the hot tub was great.

Enjoyed our stay!

Love Sunmor estates and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Live-More home. The interior is gorgeous, highly upgraded, well-stocked and very comfortable. The primary bed and bath is fabulous. The pool is beautiful but the huge backyard is in need of some new patio furniture (like couches) additional umbrellas (since no pergola) and landscaping in order to enjoy the outdoor living as much as we did the indoor. Highly recommend!

Mid century Dream!

Probably my favorite tiny neighborhood of mid century places in Palm Springs. Easy to get to everything. Pool is great, hot tub is great. Yard is huge. The interior is perfect, wish my house was decorated as thoughtfully and as nice! The rule of thumb for a VRBO: I would I live there and Yes I would!

Clean, well-furnished, and close to everything

As advertised: very nice house, tastefully decorated, in very good condition and upkeep. Kitchen is well-equipped/stocked. Comfortable rooms and beds. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Many things to do within a 10-20 minutes drive: downtown Palm Springs, trails, etc. Airport is very convenient, literally 5 minutes away (and, so, yes, there is some aircraft noise, but it's a small airport that shuts down early in the evenings). The management company is outstanding: friendly, professional, and proactive. They cheerfully accommodated a request for an earlier-than-standard 4pm checkin and the in-person briefing required by Palm Springs for all vacation properties. We enjoyed our stay - especially the pool and hot tub time - , and would happily visit again.

In short, it's a great 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in a quiet, lovely, residential neighborhood. In addition, the back yard features excellent views of the mountains. The house is clean, orderly, and comfortable, and the management company was attentive to any and all questions. Photos of the house are accurate, by the way.

Kind of a classic, midcentury modern house in an appealing neighborhood with lots of them. Photos are accurate and the management agents were always helpful. We liked the house and the neighborhood a lot.

Lovely Vacation; Lovely Rental!

Reviewer Comments: This was the first trip to Palm Springs for my husband and me, and this property rental did not disappoint.The photos depicted the property quite accurately, both inside and out (with the exception of the blooming hedges at the property line, which did not exist).Inside, everything was spotlessly clean and all of the furnishings were comfortable and in excellent condition. There were plenty of towels, linens, dishes and glassware, and the kitchen appliances were clean and worked as expected. There were interesting books throughout. The pool was wonderful - heated to a perfect temperature.The location was great, too. Although there wasn't much to walk to in the immediate vicinity, we were only an 8 minute drive from anywhere we wanted to go in town. And although I had been somewhat concerned about being so close to the airport, air traffic noise was not a problem. Just a couple of "nit-picky" things. There's no hand railing on the steep steps going into the pool. For most people that wouldn't be a problem, but being in my mid-70's and having had two knees and a hip replaced, I would have felt much safer with a railing to hold on to. Also, the gravel between the concrete pool surround and the concrete slab where the lounge chairs are situated would have been better covered with astroturf, similar to the stretch of turf between the seating patio and the pool. Like I said -- these are nit-picky things, but maybe the owners would like to know how they might improve on an already wonderful property. I highly recommend Live More! for anyone planning a stay in Palm Springs!

Summer getaway

Altamira property management could not have been better. They accommodated all of our needs and we’re unbelievably responsive. The house was perfect for our family and was located close enough to be convenient while enjoying privacy. This will be our go to home in Palm Springs as long as Altamira manages.

Great place to relax

The house and pool was a great place to relax. I do have a couple suggestions. I would like a more comfortable couch. The couch looks nice in the TV area, but would like one more comfortable. Would be nice to have a ping pong table in the garage or extend a patio cover. There seems to be plenty of room. I know it is easy for a person to spend other people's money, so these are just suggestions. We enjoyed the home.

Fabulous stay

We were here much of the winter of 2021. Lovely mid-century gem in such a charming mid-century neighborhood. Great design in the home, wonderful backyard and pool/spa with beautiful view. The management company was excellent, incredibly responsive and helpful to work with. Would recommend this home and management company to anyone.

Great relaxing location

The house was great with nice mid-century modern furnishings. Pool was great to cool off in. Kitchen was well stocked. We'd definitely stay there again. The only downside is that this house is in Palm Springs which has pretty strict rules for short-term rentals like this - no music outside and strict noise rules. Management company was nice about rules and communicated well.
