"Enjoyed the clean, brand new property during our visit to Penang. It was a last minute change because of the location and it turned out we made the right choice. Everything was perfect from checking in to checking out. Service was excellent, every staff greeted us with smiles and was helpful. Loved the coffee in the lobby and the scent of the shampoo and body wash (wished I can purchase a set home.) They even provided us umbrellas on the rainy days. "The swimming pool was good, especially after a day of walking. The rooms were clean, modern, and bright. The only downside is the shower, it needs a good layer of bleach to clean the mould in the tiles, this would really spruce up the bathroom, and give it a nice hotel feel. Staff at the restaurant were all very nice, the ground floor staff needs more local insight of things to do when asked. "
