“Small hotel with super nice personel and good food. Nice room with an amazing view from the terrace! Old standard but still very good. The room could be better isolated from sound. Still, a wonderful stay. Good to have a car.”

“Very disappointing experience. We left important clothing for dry cleaning during our stay, but it was delayed, and at checkout we were told it still wasn’t ready. We had already left for Milan , so now we don’t know when we’ll get our clothes back. A huge inconvenience, especially when you’re travelling. Rooms are very small . Hotel is located on a busy road, rooms have poor isolation, it gets very noisy .”

“The property would have been great only if they picked up our luggage from the bus port. It is high up in the mountain, very difficult to drag your luggage. Not enough warning provided as to how difficult it would be to take your baggage. No taxi, no pick up, I saw other guests who almost cried, dragging their luggage up to the hotel often on narrow oncoming traffic.”

“What a hidden gem. Really beautiful property. The staff could not have been nicer. We had a rental car which made this perfect for us. It might be a trickier location to get to if relying on other modes of transport. It's about 15mins drive from Bellagio. The apartment we got was perfect. The views stunning. “Our train from Milan was cancelled. We were in a full panic with zero transportation. Hotel staff came to the rescue and found us a private car. We were so grateful. Hotel is beautiful and breakfast at Victorias was lovely. We will definitely be back soon.”

“Das Hotel liegt direkt am Wasser und wurde für uns vom ersten Moment an zu einem echten Wohlfühlort. Wir wurden von der Familie (inhabergeführtes Hotel) herzlich empfangen und über das gesamte Wochenende wunderbar begleitet. Alle sind unglaublich warmherzig und schaffen eine Atmosphäre, in der man den Alltag sofort vergisst. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Seeblick gebucht. Es hat unsere Erwartungen und auch die Bilder noch einmal deutlich übertroffen. Der Blick und der Genuß war einfach……
