“This was a nice property, as in pictures. It was secluded and view from back porch to a lake/pond is great with a morning coffee or late night cocktail. Location is easily accessible to local venues. Publix and liquor store at end of street, and gas station across street. The Host does need to correct some issues and she does reply. Overall stay was great and we did a weekend in Matlacha (Matt LaShay.. LOL) .”

“We really enjoyed our stay there found it to be like cute centrally located. We love Bokeelia and it’s just a cute little street. Cute little house easy-going not like crazy fancy but not not unlivable either. We just dug it and we will go back there again my son and I fish out out of the marina and stay there and just found it to be like totally cool.”

Jay is a wonderful host, the place was exactly as described, clean as a whistle, comfortable, everything worked, quiet, relaxing, I can't find enough superlatives to describe how much we enjoyed the VRBO.If you're a gardener, you;re going to absolutely LOVE what Jay has done with his 4 acres. If you like fresh seafood, you MUST drive 15 minutes down the main road to Island Crab Seafood (St. James City, not the processing facility in Pine Island……

“This is a beautiful home, nicely decorated and well maintained, on a canal on Pine Island. The canal provided easy access to waterways making Sanibel and Captiva Islands a short trip away. There was plenty of room to park our boat trailer during our stay. Check-in was easy and the host was quick to respond to a couple of questions we had upon arrival. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.”

“We had a lovely stay at the Waterside cottage. The house was perfect….compact but fully functional. We were able to dock our boat in the canal behind the house. There is a cute little restaurant/bar/marina at the end of the street….an easy walk or quick bike ride away. When a storm threatened to keep us there another day (we came by boat), Darlene was very accommodating and understanding! We’ll certainly come back again!”
