Cottonwood Pine Shadows Golf Course Hotels

"My family (2 adults 2 children) and I stayed at the Cottonwood Best Western hotel during our Spring Break (April 6-10). We loved the convenience of the location being only a short drive (about 25 minutes and no traffic) to Uptown Sedona. The included free breakfast was definitely one of the factors we took into consideration when choosing our lodging and we’re glad we chose this hotel! We also loved that the entire property is smoke-free! Unfortunately housekeeping wasn’t the greatest as we didn’t want our room cleaned for 2 days and when we did, for whatever odd reason the housekeeper decided to make only one of our beds and not the other? That was odd but we didn’t bring it up because by the time we returned to our hotel it was nighttime so we just left it at that. Unfortunately pillows are a 1/10. Other than that room was very comfortable and clean. The staff at the restaurant was our best interaction at the Best Western in Cottonwood. She (forgot to get her name!) has the restaurant in pristine condition and is the kindest staff there. She always prepared delicious breakfasts and had wonderful customer service. We will definitely stay here again when we’re back in AZ!"

"The kitchen was well equipped, beds and room were clean and spacious, and just loved the free night events that were taking place while we were there. The slideshow by a local talented photographer was amazing! The only small issue was location of the bathroom. It was just annoying to get to with the bathroom door blocking its entrance."

"The Hot Tub was amazing! We did our laundry while there and it was quick and efficient. The place is conviently located and easily accessed. The units/ rooms are like a beautiful single wide and were perfect for our stay. Fully stocked kitchen with dishes etc. clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again. "

"It was an amazing property. Only downfall was that once checked in had to talk to another person (she is very easy to talk with) to get a parking permit which there was only one person to talk to and there was a 3 people in line. They give an option to gain information about joining the Sapphire resorts. The property itself is amazing and all the amenities it has to offer is great (swimming pool, hot tub, mini golf and restaurant). The room itself was very clean and had everything you needed. I would recommend."
