「Such a lovely stay. We stayed for 10 days. The receptionist was so attentive and helpful, the rooms were modern and clean. Overall 10/10. Perfect location as well, right off the busy 5th ave but quiet and only a 5min walk to the beach.」

「I strongly do not recommend staying at this hotel. Here are the reasons for my disappointing experience: 1. Terrible Noise and Location The soundproofing is absolutely terrible. The hotel is located in a very noisy area, with several bars downstairs blasting deafening music until 2 AM every single night. It’s impossible to get a good night’s sleep. 2. 「C'est la première fois que nous sortions de la formule ''tout inclus'' au Mexique donc la première fois que nous avons réservé dans un petit hotel avec beaucoup moins d'accomodations que les gros hotels luxueux. Je suis très heureux de mon séjour au Villas Segovia. Notre chambre était une suite junior avec 2 lits double, la chambre est gigantesque. En fait c'est un appartement entier ce n'est pas une chambre. Cuisinette équipée, salle à manger à part et divan pour relaxer, dans une autre pièce...
