“My stay was excellent! Everyone was so nice there and activities were so fun and engaging. The resort was a lot bigger than I had imagined, but the drivers on the carts won't hesitate to stop and ask if you need a ride. Rooms were exceptionally clean, however I'm not sure if it was just my room, but I felt like the cleaning staff were a bit selective in what they cleaned (for example, leaving opened drinks behind). “My wife and I loved our stay at Joia by Paraiso. We took a 10 day vacation away from our busy lives and the kids. The staff was always friendly and gave generally great service. The food at the buffet varied every night and was amazing.
