"Beautifully decorated spacious 2 bedroom 2 & 1/2 bath with 3 living rooms nestled on a grassy farm just north of Cortez. Goats were cute and hiking trails out the back gate were a nice plus. Kitchen had everything of excellent quality. Hot tub was perfect, very hot and clean. Owners were very nice!"

"One of the nicest places we've stayed at. Very comfortable and clean. There were more TVs than you can shake a stick at, and the kitchen was fantastic! Host was very responsive and considerate. There is a 50 amp NEMA 14-50 outlet, but you'll need to bring your own EV charger to plug in. "

We only had one night to visit Mesa Verde and the proximity of this house to the park was so convenient. We had a brief but wonderful stay."

"The house is beautiful and the screen enclosed porches are wonderful. We really enjoyed the privacy. The house is furnished beautifully. The beds were super comfortable, and the showers are really nice. There could be a few more things in the kitchen, such as we were looking for a carrot peeler and tongs, and couldn’t find any. But that really was no big deal. We did see some deer one morning and several chipmunks. It was nice to be able to park our cars in the garage. We had a great time and...

"If your destination is Mesa Verde this the place to stay!! They can accommodate large families comfortably with spacious bedrooms, large living area, fully equipped kitchen and views to die for. There are also outdoor toys like volleyball and tether all!! Jen was very cordial, welcoming and responsive. The property is only about 3 miles from the entrance to Mesa Verde National Park; about a 15-20 minute drive to the Canyon of the Ancients Visitors Center, and about an hour from 4 Corners...

"Well taken care of property had all the amenities you could need and thoughtful hosts. We stayed four nights with our dogs and had no issues. It is on a busy road but fully fenced and not a problem for us. Kitchen is very well stocked too. Would definitely stay again if in the area!"

"The cabin was perfect for my spouse, 17 yo daughter and dog. I loved reading next to the river and having space for my dog to play. The garage door wall of the kitchen opened up the space more and was great having all the fresh air. Kitchen was just right, the bedrooms and beds comfy too! We came up for a wedding and to detress without the fuss and this was a perfect spot. Town was a couple minutes away. Thank you for sharing your space with us!"
