“Stort och fräscht utbud vid frukostbordet. Magiskt vacker trädgård och poolområde. Mycket rent överallt och rummen städas/fixas två gånger om dagen. Sköna sängar och bra ljudisolerande rum. All personal var trevliga, hjälpsams och kunniga. Hit kommer vi tillbaka. ”

“L’hôtel est situé dans la vieille ville, sur la mer, à proximité d’innombrables restaurants et à distance de marche des sites intéressants de la ville. Ce n’est pas l’hôtel le plus moderne mais c’est le mieux situé. Les installations sont très propres et confortables, le personnel est aimable et serviable, que ce soit le gérant M.de Sousa, les femmes de ménage, les préposés à la réception, les serveurs, les barmen, tous ont été d’une grande gentillesse. Le petit déjeuner buffet est copieux et……

“Kitchen manager was rude one night we arrived at 932 pm from a tour to ask if we could have some food. ( they stopped serving at 930 but it was a buffet). He was extremely rude and quickly ushered us out of the dining area.”

“Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt auf Madeira. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, sodass man vieles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit – wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders angenehm war die Möglichkeit, den Spa-Bereich und die Pools im Nachbarhotel mitzunutzen. Dort konnten wir wunderbar entspannen und den Tag ausklingen lassen. Insgesamt ein tolles……

“We stayed for our honeymoon in Madeira and loved it! The spa amenities, daily breakfast buffet and of course the views were incredible. We rented a car from the front desk and that process was SO easy and seamless. Parking was free and easy. This was the perfect spot for us to easily get on the highways and explore the island of Madeira each day. My husband and I are truly so pleased”

“Loved the location, cleanliness and vibe of the hotel with fantastic pools and all staff were great. Only downside was limited parking and I was only able to get a space at the hotel on 1 of 5 days, all other days I had to search for on street parking around 500m away from the hotel. Not ideal but aware there isn’t much can be done about it due to the central location.”
