“Wonderful restaurants nearby. Prompt response from staff when I had questions. Beautiful, elegant, safe, clean room and property. The full shared kitchen is large, clean and well stocked with ice, dishes, salt/pepper, cleaning supplies etc. The parking was easy and accessible. Check in and checkout was a simple process. I can not state enough how gorgeous the house itself is. It is 10 minutes or less to downtown Newport. I would stay again and again given the opportunity! ”

“Super nice staff. Got a free upgrade for my anniversary. Old homes so don’t expect crazy amenities, but the managers knowledge of the area, friendliness and hospitality make this place a must-visit. I would highly recommend and will not book with anyone else if I were to visit Newport again”

“This is a cross between a hotel, a bed and breakfast, and an Airbnb. The room had a modern feel with a King-sized bed and a modern private bathroom with a shower stall - like a contemporary hotel. There is no front desk - similar to an Airbnb - although Randy and Lisa, the gracious and friendly hosts, were available whenever we needed them. Each morning, we were greeted with a wonderfully prepared breakfast of much higher quality than your typical hotel - what one would expect from a B&B.”
