New for us, will return

Normally our group is up on Sandy Beach, but we loved this spot so much we are planning a return in a few months. The house is marvelous, though we under utilized the rooftop deck. Though it's not that far into town, you will want to be ready to prepare some meals there. or just zip over to Mayan Palace. :)

Enjoyed Mexico and Golf

We don’t go to Mexico to stay in the room, but the accommodations could have been better. One of the bathrooms were out of order and the smell of sewer fumes were prevalent during our stay. No trash bags, dish or hand towels. Only the main TV worked. This unit could have used a BBQ. Plenty of room. Had to use the resorts grill. No out door lounging, friends stayed in the resort rooms and the accommodations were cleaner. Would not reserve this unit again. The rest of the trip was great.

Beautiful place away from the crowds

Great big home to accommodate a good size family. The pools on property were well maintained and the beach was only a short walk away. I would definitely go back.

Nice villa within a walking distance to the beach!

I took my extended family to Rocky Point for the Memorial Day weekend. We liked the villa! It was very practical for 10 people. Short walking distance to the beach was a plus! Also Luna Blanca complex has nice pools , jacuzzi and lounges!
