「The Staff were rude and disrespectful. We tried to explain the situation amicably but they did not try to compromise or make us their customer feel welcome. We booked a 1000 sq ft room with 2 available beds shown in pictures but instead were given a room less than half the size. 「Clean room」

「The front desk staff was very rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the room was also infested with flies, and we had to deal with them throughout the entire night. This made our stay extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. I expected a much higher level of cleanliness and professionalism from the hotel.」

「Ojo no es un lugar real es una forma de robo no es una estadía 」

「The room was clean, but I didn't know about the was cleaned every day or the towels changed and when we called down stairs they explained that if we wanted the room cleaned every morning we had to pay extra for the cleaning and extra for the towels. I think that is something that should be explained at check it.」

「Great beach, restaurants, very secure. Staff seemed unsure about some things, however, especially at the reception desk; it takes a while to make yourself understood - you would expect a tourist place like this would have better trained staff. Language was a barrier, but we had some Spanish to help us get by. Building looks like it’s going to need renovations soon. 」
