"The fact that it’s old is part of the charm, and it’s clean enough, but it’s starting to show a lot of wear and tear. Rugs and upholstery need refurbishing. I also got charged $30/day for parking, which would be exorbitant for that part of town. Except that I didn’t even have a car while I was there! I got the charge reversed after I called, but it’s annoying. This was my third or fourth stay there, first since Wyndham took over, and I wasn’t thrilled. I’ll look at other options on my next visit."

"Genuinely confused by all the bad reviews of this property because we thought it was just fine! Is it the Four Seasons? Nope. But it was clean, cool on a hot summers day, and all the staff we interacted with were incredibly kind and helpful. Not in the greatest neighborhood but also not as unsafe as people are whining about in other reviews. Overall a decent place to stay on a budget near downtown Milwaukee."

"This place was amazing! I would definitely stay again. This was a getaway for my boyfriend and I . We were lucky enough to get a corner room on the third floor. My only complaint was the bed frame. I think we knocked our knees on it a minimum of five times each! lol the showerhead was incredible. There is a foosball table on the third floor and we had fun playing with that. They had music on the patio in that was enjoyable, especially since the weather had been so nice. We took a walk down to the fiserv and enjoyed some of the restaurants there."
