“This hotel was amazing. It is abit out of the way and we were unsure what we were going to get. The hotel was beautiful and clean, the staff were absolutely lovely, the meals were cooked to order and delicious, especially the breakfast. “Amazing hotel. This is my 5th stay here. Only 2 gripes were the lift not working and we wer ein the 3rd floor and it was roasting even though we had the radiators off! Will definitely be back again though. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Victoria Hotel. Great location central very close to the Jahangir indian restaurant we had booked a meal at. “Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+”

“Excellent stay at Silver Birch. The bed was extremely comfy and the tree house was really well equipped and well furnished. Hot tub was lovely to appreciate the views. Only minor points we would make would be the shower was a little disappointing compared to how luxurious everything else was. Also the spiral stairs to the hot tub felt quite loose, not the safest option. ”
