“A hotel with lots of historical background. Apart from the hotel, Old Town is full of historical vibes. Certainly an amazing experience with the hotel staff’s help, everything is just perfect apart from the freezing weather outside”

“Everything was fantastic! The room was well stocked and clean when we arrived, the view was great, it was quiet, and the location was extremely convenient. Lots of good restaurants nearby as well as the train station and convention centre, and a Starbucks right downstairs too! We'd definitely love to come back next time we're visiting the area!”

“Excellent location just across CN Tower. Booked a Panoramic Bedroom. Room condition not in good shape as toaster, range hood, main door and main toilet door was broken at check-in. Responsible staffs with turnaround of 1-2 days. But main disappointment in refrigerator breakdown on 3rd day and was not fixed until day of departure, causing a number of food that rottened and needed to be disposed.
I guess the staff should ensure apartment is in good condition before renting it out to ensure a……
