“Great location and excellent price.”

“Location can't be beat-it was close to many desired activities. Apartment was small, hot water took a long while to get warm, only provided 2 towels and 2 washcloths for 3 people (5 night stay), 1 partial roll of toilet paper provided, floor in bathroom had cracked tiles with small pieces missing and a/c unit stopped working on second day. Maintenance was prompt to fix the a/c but host never responded to requests for more toilet paper and towels. We did get more toilet paper and 2 towels from……

“Not a big review writer but I do read a lot of them before I book. So I do feel obligated to say this place is horrible, value your money and just book a hotel room, sleep in van it will be more comfortable than this place. Don't know where to start, bathroom door are swinging doors that have a gap in it, no towels, no storage, horrible beds...”

Only if you think this is family friendly: 5 flights of stairs with no elevator and no where to keep a stroller and a room with a crib with no room darkening and no AC and bad WiFi so your camera won’t work… oh and the wonderful soothing smell of weed wafting through the thin walls when you hear the loud music bumping through the night. “First and foremost, we loved our stay and would absolutely return. Thanks Claudia!From a city noise perspective, there isn’t much insulation between the master bedroom and the street - you can hear everything. This wasn’t a problem for us, but I could understand light sleepers or people hoping for a quiet or romantic stay being turned off.For communication, Claudia was great and very detailed. “Not far from Hudson River park for pets, short distance to subway. Easy access to/from Lincoln tunnel. Much of midtown was walkable, everything that wasn’t was easy to get to from subway. Nice bathroom, legit kitchen, everything easily accessible by the guest.”
