盖特林堡里普利魔镜迷宫附近酒店

“The place is clean and very well maintained. The staff inside was helpful and friendly. Parking outside is terrible, no directions on where to go. The driveway was full of cars waiting. The outside valet was rude and yelled at my daughter while she was in the vehicle wanting her to move it while she couldn’t. I was waiting in line to check in for 15 minutes. Not sure I’d be back, shouldn’t treat guests this way !!!! Been to a lot of hotels and this was a first really bad……

“Nice hotel, however Not worth the price and adding a resort fee on top of that. 26% tax in the restaurant and bar is horrible. We visit Gatlinburg often and will not return to this hotel.”

“new built, beautiful ”

“The room was very clean. Excellent location, convenient to the downtown area. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider staying again when visiting the area.”

“We were able to walk everywhere. Except to Cade’s Cove and Wildside Adventures.”

“Very good place ”

“Had a wonderful stay. Enjoyed our vacation. We will definitely come back.”

“Loved the historic feel of the Inn. Will make this the go to place for us. Room was excellent and staff was very helpful.”

“The first thing I would like to point out is how friendly and helpful the staff was. The location of Appy Lodge was very convenient. Pigeon forge was only about a 10-15 minute drive. The rooms were large with plenty of space. The only things I noticed on the first day was the floors were dirty and there was a lot of……

“All good”

“We booked 6 rooms for our group for a 2-night stay at Mainstay Suites Gatlinburg. While the hotel looks fairly new and the rooms are equipped with convenient kitchen amenities like a stovetop and full-sized refrigerator, our overall experience was quite frustrating. First, even though we were told the hotel was completely sold out, having our group of 6 rooms scattered across 4 different floors was very inconvenient for us. Second, the kitchen setup had severe functional issues. On our last……
