“I had a wonderful stay. The basement space was private, quiet and cozy. The space is nicely decorated and so clean. We appreciated having the amenities for cooking which saved us money on our apartment hunting trip. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. Thank you Steve and family!”

“Sweet 3rd floor apartment. Historically decorated. Beautiful view, next to St Paul Brewery. Perfect location when visiting St. Paul. 5-10 minutes away from downtown. Host was very accommodating. Highly recommend staying here.”

“We arrived fairly late in the evening, instructions emailed from our host got us into the unit quickly and easily. Apartment is charming and as described in the listing. Our host Chan was available when we reached out, and checked in over email to make sure out stay was going well. The neighborhood is fantastic, with many options for dining at all times of day within easy walking distance - we did not need to move the car until we went to Minneapolis visit family. Would definitely stay again.”

“Beautiful historic home. Instantly taken back to a more simple time in architectural appearance however all indoor amenities available, in good working order, and modern. Alissa was available and easy to access for any of our first time visit questions. Amazing customer service. Truly grateful to have her a message away. We visited from Texas and we were met with hospitality like no other with most locals (kind and courteous) on both sides of the Mississippi river. A 20min beautiful rural drive……

“Comfortable, clean, well equipped property in a walkable interesting town with lots to explore. The bottom step before the landing should possibly be marked somehow, all 4 of us almost missed it several times. The steps could be a hindrance for some people.”

“If you need a spot to house many people and be a short uber drive to Xcel arena or downtown St Paul this is the place. Highly recommend Brunson's Pub and Caydence Records and Coffee. If you want to venture a little farther Surly Brewing is a awesome place”
