“Very nice unit on the 4th floor. Parking was easy and convenient. The beach is right across the street but for this area you do have to wait for low tide as the water comes up too far. However plenty of other beaches are just a short drive away. We just planned our beach visit around the tides and enjoyed finding large shells and conchs! Hosts were great and very accommodating. ”

“The condo is in an excellent location for enjoying Hampton Beach and is well appointed except for a lack of kitchen cookware. There was only a small skillet under the sink that was not adequate. It is well maintained and has a great view of the ocean. Check in was simple with a lock box using my phone number to access the key. Although the living room was small, the furniture appeared to be new and was very comfortable. The bedroom was quite spacious and comfortable with lots of room for……

“Excellent stay! Visiting in the off-season meant we couldn't take advantage of the reason most people come to Hampton Beach, but our visit didn't suffer for it. (The fireplace in the condo was just what we needed to get cozy at the end of the day.) The unit itself was perfect for two couples escaping their kids for the weekend--sizable, clean, modern, and comfortable. Communication with Sean was excellent. And this sounds like a small thing but the bag of ice in the freezer was a lovely touch!……

“First time visiting the north east shore. This location was excellent not only for Hampton Beach but also served as our home base as we sight see’d up and down the coast. Unit was as described and shown in the photos. Very well appointed and decorated for the season (very nice touch).
