TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience」

The staff are super friendly, welcoming and seems very happy with their jobs which makes The overall aura of the Hotel splendid! The restaurants inside the Hotel served delicious and tasty food that we didn’t even thought of trying new food places around the area. I highly recommend this place to anyone! 」

「Everything was great, especially the location. We had a view of the ice rink and were able to walk to Paycor stadium to watch the Bengals game. We also went to the Flight club and played electronic dart games. It was so much fun and right next to the hotel. 」
