“It was fine! Showers were clean”

“Karaoke bar at the end of the hotel is a cool place to hang”

“There was dog food left by the fridge scattered on the floor, baby roaches crawling on the wall, and it smelled of wet animal. When moving the nightstand there was so much trash and crumbs behind there as well and a few dead roaches.”

“The toilet did not flush and had mold growing in it. The toilet paper holder was being held in the wall by electrical tape and was still falling out of the wall. Room was filthy. Staff was unfriendly and indifferent to the condition of the room. This was the WORST nights stay in a hotel I had ever encountered. I do not recommend this or the Days Inn in ROGERS AR.”

“The rooms have been nicely renovated but the outside and office are old and need a face lift as well. The TV would only turn on and the guide and menu buttons wouldn’t work so we couldn’t change channels, stream, etc. When we were out of coffee, there was none available in the supply room and after calling and requesting some, it was never provided so we left our room. Customer service was not good and no one was available on the property.”

“Our room was secluded & quiet. Location was great & easy to manage. People were friendly & accommodating. Thumbs up! 👍”

“Indicated Breakfast was available on website. Discovered that was not reality. We had to go elsewhere because breakfast was just some bread to make toast, cereal and coffee. Staff indicated muffins were normally there but out of them by the time we went to breakfast. This is not what we were used to seeing at other stays in different hotels such as Comfort Inns.”

“Room was exactly as depicted. Clean, smelled fresh, bed was very comfortable! Despite being on a major roadway and it was a busy holiday weekend, the other tenants were quiet, road noise was minimal. The parking lot is a bit cramped but it’s a smaller lodge so to be expected. The staff were so considerate and helpful. Their recommendation for the Thai place around the corner was spot on. Delicious! Would definitely recommend The Lodge as a reasonably priced comfortable place to spend the……

“Greatest customer service experience I have ever had.”

“This is a motel, not even an inn. How did it name as a hotel? ”

“The pr”

“I have stayed a a variety of motels and I can honestly say this one was the worst. The bedding was horrible, only flat sheets and a comforter. There were roaches in the room, I killed several. I found an ant in the microwave. There was a coffee maker but no coffee or cups. There was only one bar of soap in the room so you had to take it back and forth from the tub to the sink. The second floor balcony looks to be unsafe with rusted metal holding it up. There were a few people who just sat in……

“Check was easy. Gentleman who helped us got us a room with a jacuzzi tub due to a cancellation and did not charge us full price. Helped us get settled in our room and made sure we were happy. Very quiet place. Beautiful scenery. Close to downtown without the downtown traffic. Will definitely return.”

“The owners were very accommodating and easy to talk to. They went above and beyond to make our stay great!”

“It was nice”
