“Clean room”

“AC unit was partially hanging out of the front wall. Outside temperature is 100° and the inside temperature was barely cool. There was a wet towel on the floor collecting water underneath the AC unit in the room. The front door wouldn't lock until I worked on it to lift it up and hold it in place so I could lock it. I paid for a queen room and got two double beds. The front lobby windows were filthy”

“It was a nice stay, but the pool was closed. I was told it has been closed for a while and no one has come to fix it. I was told that they zip tie the doors open during the day because all of the readers are broken. Other than that it was a good stay.”

“TV turned on for about 3 minutes, then it quit working. Garbage and litter all over the parking lot. People in the next room were sitting outside till the wee hours of the morning hollering and kids screaming. Couldn’t sleep”

“I arrived late due to a mix up at another hotel. The guest service attendant (wish I could remember her name but she had lovely dark hair and warm personality) was extremely accommodating. She was compassionate considering I traveled all day to find there was no where for our family to sleep. Everything was top notch from the cleanliness of the rooms, amenities to the chicken sausage at breakfast. It was a pleasant suprise to see a full kitchen in the room that was fully stocked. “Great place for short overnight stay with the family”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful from the time we checked in. The room was very clean and roomy. My daughters enjoyed it! They had an amazing breakfast, buffet style. My daughters really enjoyed the pool. The location was so close to family we were visiting. I will definitely be staying here again.”
