“At check in staff was rushed and acted like it was a burden to do his job! Then once in the room the Wi-Fi didn't work but if you walked 5 rooms down it would.. staff acted like it was too much trouble to move our room and the hotel wasn't even full! At check out my husband went to grab us some breakfast and the desk clerk was very rude, hollering at him that there was a limit to what he could get. He only had two of three items. One for him and one for me. Then when I turned in the keys he……

“The front garbage can at entrance was overflowing. I know this is due to people being too lazy to walk right inside but it did need to be addressed.”

“Glass window was cracked. No pillows on the bed. The toilet was loose where it connected to the floor.”

“Our rooms were never cleaned after three days they still we’re not cleaned. We had to ask for more towels. The bathtub faucet fell off and the room phone did not work. Nothing was changed after we notified staff. I guess you get what you pay for.”

“It was okay for just spending the night. The beds were clean. Breakfast is good. It does not have an elevator so be ready to carry your luggage upstairs. It is hard to park. Our shower was dirty and towels had stains. Trash on the hall floor was there from Friday to Sunday. Road noise from I 85 is loud and we could hear people talking outside past midnight. Both ladies working the desk were kind and helpful.”

“Disappointed in my stay here. Was woken up multiple times throughout the night due to some kind of water pipe issue in the corner of our room. Staff was of no help and had no sympathy. Air Conditioning unit in the room was awful. Set to 68 yet woke up sweating. Staff also advertised the continental breakfast to us on our arrival and when we went to enjoy it in the morning, we were told we “weren’t on the list”. $200/night for no breakfast and a crappy night’s sleep. Definitely will not be……

“Loved the evening staff and cleanliness. Pool and gym times are amazing for our work schedule as we travel. The morning staff was not as friendly as the nighttime- specifically Ms Karen who was wonderful. The coffee machine was delicious, keep this please. The cleanest hotel by far that we’ve stayed at in the area from Kannapolis to Concord. The breakfast was ok- but the staff very loud videos while we tried talking over coffee and the eggs were way too runny to try to eat. But overall great……

“King size bed smaller than standard size(smaller than expected) electrical problems entire stay, light flickering on & off. During our entire stay, no came to clean our room or offer clean linen / towels or was just cloths”

“Everything was really nice, starting with Derrick who was working the counter, to the room, workout room was small but had what was needed, breakfast and a nice small pool. It was convenient to everything and we enjoyed our stay”
