“Nice and clean”

“I am 56 years old and this is quite possibly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I checked into my first room and only one of two beds was made and the TV did not work. I was put in another room the TV remote had no batteries and no lightbulbs in the side lamps. I got batteries from the front desk. I was on my way to an event and so left my stuff there and went out for the evening. When I was sleeping 4 AM the fire alarm starts going off and it went off probably another six times……

“The cleanliness of the room was ok, and the staff was very nice. Property looked well maintained. But the key got stuck almost every time I entered the room, there was a huge draft that came through the door, the bed was hard, the pillows were super thin. But for the price, I can forgive that. But there was no hot water in the shower and the heating cooling unit either had it freezing cold or boiling hot, no in between. Not going back. ”

“The internet was down at the property, and after waiting for 1.5 hours, I asked that they refund my money. To date, that has not happened, I never was able to checkin and had to find another hotel for the night.”

“This is advertised as a hotel and it is most definitely a road side motel. Transitioning to new owners, rooms and property are a mess. oom that was booked was not was offered on site, instead I was charged $20 more for the room that was pictured on hotels.com- credit card information was written in a notebook. Zero on the professional property scale.”

“Older property, but for the price not bad.”
