Soccer Mom Summary

Stayed here for a 4-day soccer tournament. The location was great to get beach and bay time around my son’s game schedule. Very good and easy parking spot even for a medium sized SUV. I loved the patio and the kitchen was very sufficient to cook healthy meals. Great for two people and we would stay agin.

no heat small space heater provided window in bathroom is broken and will not shut so it was a bit chilly in the bathroom and I had to move the heater around the unit to warm up the sleeping area or bathroom

Quick get away

The little place was perfect for me and my spouse. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a nice cup of coffee on the roof top deck in the morning and in the evening we enjoyed the fire pit under the stars. The location was a short walk to either the bay or the beach and plenty of restaurants near by.

Steps from the beach

Wow!!! So clean and perfect for our weekend getaway! I love that the bed folded up and down so we could have more space when we were relaxing in the living room! We spent most of our time out and coming home to a small but spacious place was perfect for what we needed! Communication with the host was amazing! There are cafes and food places SO close and in walking distance from the VRBO and beach! Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend stay!

Not as shown. Run down. Uncomfortable bed.

Patio dirty. Unswept, dirty chairs, patio cluttered with extraneous toys, propane tanks, and lounge chairs.Musty smell in the bathroom. Wash cloth smells sour. Bed uncomfortable. Needs a deep cleaning. Greasy hood over stove. Only 3 cups and all are chipped. Minimally stocked kitchen. 2 out of the 4 stair lights don’t work. Hair in host supplied Q-tips. Host slow to respond. Inaccurate description: it is not a full bath it is a three-quarter bath so NO tub with shower.Hosts need to be more specific about length and width of vehicle that can be parked as parking is extremely limited and narrow. Beware because there’s only 2 hour parking off site.
