Wonderful Stay

This property is newly renovated...we may have been some of the first ones to stay there based on how new the kitchen utensils and other things looked (December, 2024). It is very well done and nice and comfortable for our group of four. The kitchen is large and has a nice big island which is great for preparing food and gathering around. It's a very short walk to the beach and amazing sunset views. Also walkable to Bird Rock and PB beach/pier. Many great restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The back area with the BBQ was very well done and a nice place to relax. Loved it, we will be back!

Perfect getaway in North PB!

10/10, highly recommend! 5 min walk from the beach, clean, modern and conveniently located in North PB! Has everything you'd need and the host is easy to communicate with. Looking forward to returning!

Clean and close to the beach!

Place is clean well stocked with everything you need. We stayed for 3 weeks so we got a little different experience than a short visit. Loud hot water (on demand) heater, neighbors lights on all night and light up the bedrooms,
