THINGS TO KNOW
-Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
-This home is located on the same property as a short term vacation rental. Both homes have been designed with privacy in mind and do not share any common areas or views of each others living spaces. Each unit is equipped with its own private entrance and you may occasionally run into the other guests there for a brief moment in passing.
-San Diego Airport flight path runs over North Ocean Beach. The home is in South Ocean Beach not directly under the flight path. Airplane noise may slightly be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am. The home is totally worth it!
-This home does not come with assigned parking. For parking please park on the public streets.

This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. There is ample street parking located on any of the city streets, directly in front of this home. Please be sure to follow all City posted signage if parking on the street.
