“The location is 10/10 right in the middle of Santa Ponsa and the beach is right on the doorstep. Lovely terrace bar/pool area with loungers. Staff very friendly and helpful. Place was clean enough but can start to see it’s deteriorating but still lovely. Spa and gym area was a let down for us the gym was missing loads of equipment like free weights that have been pinched/stolen and not replaced. The spa area was very run down also like the sauna and steam room which to be honest should have……

“We really wanted to like this hotel, but we felt the service was severely lacking for this price point, especially as it bills itself as a 5 star hotel. We were rather surprised given all the good reviews we’ve read for the property. Our coffee pods were never refilled during our stay, instead we had to walk down to reception ourselves to get them each day. The housekeeping staff was rather rude, and the front desk seemed somewhat annoyed whenever we had an extra request.”

“There is a lot of steps so not good for people who find it hard in walking. Very clean and very large rooms. Very helpful staff”

“Pros: clean and quiet, spacious room, we were on the top floor which felt very private and we pretty much had the top outdoor terrace/roof space to ourselves. Cons: It had a dormitory feel to it, which wasn’t super comfy or relaxing. We got in very late and it was confusing how to access the property. We had to call a number for them to let us in. I wish that info was communicated before our stay, because tired+confused=no bueno. But now you know! The sink in our bathroom kept clogging up……

“Clean room. Perfect location. Great value for money.”

“All good. No complaints. A recomandation though: maybe when thee are lots of clients booked they could have an hour extra for both breackfast and supper. Otherwise all good for me.”

“An amazing adult only hotel. From arrival to departure, this hotel was perfect for what we were looking for. The food was gorgeous, especially breakfast. The pool was the perfect temperature, well maintained and situated. The beach access gave us the best of both worlds; freedom to swim at the beach or head back to the pool when the crowds (and kids) got too much. The staff were excellent. Attentive, efficient, and so polite (in a fun way). Thank you.”

“Very clean, food was great and soooo many options! Beach front and staff were wonderful.”
