The only complaints were the lack of cleanliness of the mattress cover on the pullout couch--we think that may have been due to crumbs etc. in the couch that got transferred onto the clean linen. We did have to go to the front desk that night to get a replacement since housekeeping was done for the day, but it was not a big deal. 「We enjoyed our stay at Pinehaven. My son and I stayed here for a ski trip at Cascade Mntn. We enjoyed our time. The room was as described. We were able to explore the property, walk around the pond even feed their horses. Lisa and Dave were very hospitable. We couldn’t have asked for more. 」

「Great place to stay if you want a nearby escape from the hustle and bustle of the Dells. The Pine Haven is as advertised, very reasonable prices, clean rooms, and beautiful grounds. Owners are very nice and responsive. Petting the Belgian Draft horses and the chance to do some catch and release fishing in the private pond is a bonus other places do not offer! We would stay here again! 」

「The property was well kept. Our room was more than sufficient for four ladies. The price was very reasonable for a Dells stay. My only thought was that the room could have been a bit better cleaned. Under the beds in the room I slept in could have been vacuumed a bit better. The lamps could use a little better cleaning job also. We could not get one light in the living room to work.
