「New rooms! Very nice but could use a splash of color! Otherwise I’d totally stay here again」

「I was traveling with a friend and my grandkids and we all enjoyed our one night stay. The hotel is beautiful, clean and well staffed. Beds are comfortable and hotel was quiet. We also enjoyed the breakfast with a nice variety for everyone. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying overnight in Sault Ste. Marie MI.」

「Excellent location, wonderful rooms, nice property. 2/3 of the staff we encountered were extremely helpful, engaged, welcoming and hospitable. The other 1/3 of the staff seemed annoyed at normal encounters, such as being asked to refill the lobby coffee in the morning, or being informed of a slow drain in one of the rooms.」

「The window in my room had blinds built into the glass, but none of them worked and there were no other blinds to compensate. The first night I was there the light over the bathroom sink did not work, though it was fixed the next night and nothing was said. The coffee for the breakfast bar/lobby was absolutely the worst. I don't think it was really coffee. The second day the coffee urn put out hot slightly brown water. I didn't even try to taste it. Food items would run out and no one...

「This is a unique place to stay on a quiet island. It was very clean and came fully stocked with towels, blankets, fans, etc. Good communication with host. The only thing we didn't expect was no TV service but they have lots of DVDS. We would go for a quiet weekend away again!」

「Room was clean. Pool needed resurfaced which was planned otherwise clean. The door to get into the pool is a pain at best. You’ll need a tutorial. The staff member however was uptight and less than helpful.」
