“Guest ready was indeed not ready for guests. Check in was absolutely horrible. Our key did not work in the door at all and got stuck and after 15 minutes of trying we called and were met with extreme rudeness. She told me I had to email in videos and wait for another team to get back to me through email. No lobby so we had to sit on the steps. Her attitude was horrible and she was very dismissive of us. We never even got an email back. After 2 hours of arguing with her and expedia to try to get……

“I am not one to leave poor reviews, but for the sake of anyone looking to book with this property. I HIGHLY advise not too. I was given no check in information, after repeatedly calling I was told they had no way to check my reservation. Expedias customer support was not even able to get in contact with them. I’m unsure if this is a scam or just an extremely disorganized company. Either way, I do not recommend.”

“Parking lot is only a bared ground, creeps ask for money when we drove in. The room is big with a kitchen, good for a family travel. I phoned the reception for the wifi password and she ask me to go down and get it diretly. When I returned to my room, the wifi didn't work and I called the receptio again, that is when they told me the Wifi ONLY works in the lobby. You have to ask for a hair drier at the reception and they ask you to return it right after you use it. Someone knocked few times on……

“While the property was clean, it was in need of quite a bit of maintenance/upkeep. Every chair and table was wobbly and uncomfortable, the remote didn't have batteries, neither sink had working plugs so I couldn't fill a sink, there were no pans or dishes that you could put into the stove to use it. It's a fine place for 1-2 nights but just not set up for our longer stay. Even though we were checking in for 9 nights, we had one towel each, no face cloths, and one dishwasher pod. We did get……
