"The breakfast was a let down- the coffee was burnt- the meat (ham/ sandwich meat) had been sitting out for hours, and was warm. The shower door was about to fall off and there was a lot of mold in the bathroom. It seems that they take care with the gardens and hot springs, but just quickly wipe down and change the sheets and towels in the cabins- no regular maintenance is done on the cabins. The staff at check in and housekeeping were friendly, the people in the snack bar were more interested in selling cocktails than serving food. "
