“This is our third stay at the Imperial and it won't be our last! Very homely, friendly - nothing too much trouble. We always have a superior double with sea view - the views are fantastic. Situated on the esplanade opposite the sea, behind hotel is the park and access to the town or take a leisurely stroll along the esplanade towards the point! Lovely! The food is good here. Buffet breakfast - everything you could wish for. Evening meal is choice of 3 or 4 starters, mains and choice of three……

“I arrived early and was able to check in straight away, lovely location and room had everything you needed! Very comfy bed and friendly staff! My only niggle would be that the shower pressure wasn’t very powerful at all but it was enough for a quick shower!”

“Reception staff including one excellent trainee helped us upgrade to accommodate our 16 year old grandson who was now travelling with us. We were very grateful as it was graduation week and all rooms were taken. ”

“What a lovely property with lovely hosts. Made us feel welcome and relaxed. Breakfast is just great! Full English, whatever you like, loads of options like cereals, crumpets, breakfast bars, fruit, yoghurts, waffles to name a few. Hosts attentive and eager to please while being friendly too. Room was very nice with big sliding window and smart TV with the usuals like Netflix and Prime (bring your own accounts!). Wifi in rooms good too and beds are super comfy with 2 good pillows each as……

“Really beautiful place with a lovely warm welcome from the hosts. Attention to detail, comfortable bed and room in general with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Great location 5 minutes walk from Torre railway station and 15 minutes walk from seafront and town. Easy drive to local towns like Brixham, Dawlish, Teignmouth and about 45 mins to Plymouth. I'd stay here again definitely. ”
